MAIN PRODUCTS

PIA-W-4088K Webbing

The 4088 is the most commonly used type in airborne and airdrop operations. It comes in 21 varieties, with sizes ranging from 0.5" to 2.25" and strengths from 500 to 15,000 lbs.

PIA-W-5625 Webbing

5625 nylon tubular webbing for parachute static lines, available in sizes from 0.375" to 1" and strengths ranging from 950 to 4000 lbs.

PIA-T-5038 Webbing

5038 is lightweight nylon straps, for bonding and reinforcement applications. Common types include 3 and 4, with strengths ranging from 200 to 1500 lbs.

PIA-W-87130 Webbing

Kevlar material, available in widths from 1/2" to 1-2", with over 10 types and strengths ranging from 250 to 20,000 lbs.

PIA-W-5661 Webbing

100% cotton material, 1/4" wide (0.64cm). Type 1. 80 lb. breaking strength (36kg).

PIA-W-5665 Webbing

100% cotton material, available in widths from 9/16" to 1-3/4", with types including 1, 2, 3, 8, and 17.

Test Reports

Below are test reports for the 4088 series of webbing, all of which meet ASTM standards. Our webbing exceeds industry standards and has been tested by SGS and PIA certified organisations in the USA.

Our in-house lab is equipped with advanced testing equipment, covering strength, wash fastness, dry and wet abrasion fastness, and more.

Manufacturing Equipment

Our weaving workshop is equipped with both shuttle and shuttle-less looms, capable of producing parachute webbing in Class 1, 1A, and 2 specifications.
