Custom PIA-W-5625 Tubular Webbing
Our PIA-W-5625 webbing is manufactured in strict accordance with US PIA standards to ensure durability and performance for parachute/aviation critical applications.

Thickness: 0.09 – 0.12 inches

We have two kinds of packing to choose from, regular we are as in figure 3, 50 meters or 50 yards in a tray; for small sizes or customer requirements, we can also wrap around the shaft, 125 yards or 400 yards per roll

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
PIA-W-5625 general MOQ is 3000 meters, if you are less than this quantity, you can also contact us for details.
Can both Class 1 and Class 1a be produced?
Yes, we have both CLASS 1 (shuttle loom) and CLASS 1A & 2 (needle loom) weaving machines to meet your different requirements.
Can you provide a test report?
Of course, all of our 5625 webbing comes with in-house test reports, and we also have reports from third-party authoritative labs that the quality far exceeds PIA minimum standards.
How Long Does Production And Delivery Take?
Process production for class 1a usually takes 15-20 days, class 1 a little longer depending on the quantity of your order. We will do our best to deliver your pack of 5625 webbing on time to meet your schedule.
